Tina clearly defines the role of OBM, not only for the VA candidates, but for those business owners who may not know who or what they are looking for. The book contains an On-line Business Manager Aptitude and Attitude Assessment, basically a quiz, which gets the reader to think in terms of seeing themselves in the role of OBM. The book details specific examples of real life challenges faced by business owners who need the help of an OBM. The author also provides an actual OBM job description, which defines the OBM role in great detail.
Becoming an Online Business Manager is an excellent resource. The book clearly identifies the OBM’s evolving role and provides support for both the potential job candidate and the online business owner.
